We are excited to announce our very own, Lorry Green, has just completed her third and final trip to Tampa, Florida where she has been studying to acquire the elite title of Redken Artist. The Redken Artists Induction Training is a twelve day intensive training course that prepares all new Redken Artists to train and guide salon professionals on their journey partnering with Redken. They learn about the company, their people, products and programs. The goal of a Redken Artist is to partner with salon professionals and help them earn a better living and live a better life. The training is created and facilitated by Redken’s four national Directors of Training.
Great styles move non-stop on the street of Redken 5th Ave NYC. To keep with the trends, students also learn how to recommend the appropriate styling tools along with techniques to create the looks of today. They also took part in Principles of Finishing and Principle Based Design workshops. By mastering these skills and obtaining her Redken Artist certification, Lorry is now qualified to inspire salon professionals by helping them to achieve their vision and create the polished look of today’s trends!
Even just being selected to attend Redken Artist training was a huge honor for Lorry as she was the only applicant accepted this year from the state of Washington. Congratulations Lorry!
