I’m Melana and I work at the Front Desk in Snohomish. I take calls, schedule appointments, check in/check out guests, do laundry, open/close the salon and communicate with hairstylists and guests.
I applied at Elle Marie hoping to get some experience in the salon since I want to be a hairstylist and I know someone who works at the Snohomish location. I have been here since the middle of 2025.
I want our guests to feel welcome, comfortable and excited when they come into the salon for their appointment. I want them to leave feeling satisfied, confident and happy with their service, and hopefully wanting to schedule with us again
My favorite part of salon life is all the great connections we can make with both guests and staff as well as the creativity that comes within a salon.
In my spare time, I like to hang out with friends and family, as well as play volleyball and bake yummy treats!
